Bad Wolf Technologies llc is proud to introduce a brand-new hoist and lift camera. This rugged helicopter hoist and lift camera handles vibration, shock, freshwater spray, saltwater spray and submersion with ease (3rd party laboratory reports are available upon request). This new helicopter hoist camera has the Bad Wolf Technologies 2nd generation Class 3 aviation and shipborne power supply. The new Class 3 power supply is designed to meet rigorous RFI, EMI and environmental requirements found in military and civilian aviation and marine applications. Our Aviation Hoist and Lift Camera was laboratory tested in a government approved facility to RTCA / DO-160G EMI/RFI and environmental requirements.

Bad Wolf Tech aviation hoist camera installs in Sikorsky S92 helicopters without a need to change the existing camera mount or camera wiring harness.

Purpose-built as an Aviation Camera, it has excellent low light capability and may be installed inside or outside of most helicopters / rotorcraft and fixed wing aircraft.

It may be used to monitor the landing gear in fixed wing aircraft, serve as a "helicopter tail rotor camera", cockpit camera, cargo hold camera or monitor the passenger compartment. In other words, it is truly an Aviation Camera for just about any demanding application requiring RTCA / DO-160G FAA certification.

  • Camera housing mates to the Sikorsky S92 existing mounting bracket. No modifications required.
  • Connector Index Keyway facing forward (FWD) at 12:00 o’clock position when the camera is installed on the aircraft.
  • Camera is oriented on the aircraft with 56⁰ FOV along longitudinal axis (Front/Aft) and 72⁰ along the lateral axis (Left/Right).
  • Camera 3-pin connector (Signal, Power, and Ground) D38999/21NA98PN mates to existing wiring harness without a need for modifications. KPT02E-3PA 206 connector option is available.
  • Aircraft grounding with the outer shell of the camera connector.
  • True “Plug and Play” replacement of previous generation cameras while maintaining existing mounts and mounting locations.
